QuadraFlux™ Technology
Four Delivery-Support Ingredients. One Advanced Topical System.
QuadraFlux™ is Nocepta Therapeutics’ proprietary four-part delivery technology, developed to improve how key ingredients are dispersed, carried, and delivered throughout a topical formulation.
By combining four carefully selected delivery-support ingredients, QuadraFlux helps create a more uniform formula, enhances contact with the skin, and supports improved penetration and absorption of the formula’s featured ingredients.
Advanced Formulation Begins with Better Delivery
A topical formula is only as effective as its ability to distribute its ingredients consistently across the application area.
Traditional topical products may contain valuable ingredients, but those ingredients can vary considerably in their solubility, stability, particle size, and compatibility with the skin. Without an effective delivery system, some ingredients may remain unevenly dispersed or concentrated primarily on the skin’s surface.
QuadraFlux Technology was developed to address these formulation challenges.
This proprietary system brings together four complementary delivery-support ingredients that work in coordination to improve ingredient distribution, optimize skin contact, and support more efficient absorption.

How It Works
The Four Components of QuadraFlux
Each component of the QuadraFlux system performs a distinct role within the formula. Together, they create a coordinated delivery matrix designed to enhance the performance and consistency of the finished product.
Component 1 - Advanced Solubilization
The first component helps incorporate oil-soluble and water-compatible ingredients into a more uniform formulation.
Improved solubilization helps prevent ingredient separation and supports consistent distribution throughout each application.
Component 2 - Lipid-Based Transport
The second component provides a skin-compatible lipid environment that helps carry selected ingredients through the formulation and into closer contact with the skin.
This lipid-based support is especially valuable for ingredients that naturally interact more effectively with oils than with water.
Component 3 - Micro-Dispersion Support
The third component helps disperse ingredients into smaller, more evenly distributed droplets or particles.
This increased dispersion expands the available surface area of the ingredients, promoting more uniform coverage and improving their interaction with the application area.
Component 4 - Skin-Penetration Support
The fourth component is selected to improve wetting, skin contact, and movement of compatible ingredients beyond the outermost surface.
This penetration-support function helps the formula’s key ingredients reach the upper layers of the skin more efficiently than they may in a conventional topical base.
Four Functions Working as One
QuadraFlux is not simply a mixture of four unrelated ingredients. Each component is selected to complement the others and support a specific stage of the topical delivery process.
Together, the four-component system is designed to:
- Improve the solubility of key ingredients
- Maintain consistent ingredient dispersion
- Increase contact between the formula and the skin
- Support smaller and more uniform ingredient distribution
- Improve penetration into the upper layers of the skin
- Promote more efficient ingredient absorption
- Create a smooth and consistent application experience
The result is a more advanced delivery platform designed to help Nocepta formulations perform consistently with every application.
How QuadraFlux Enhances Topical Delivery
Incorporation
The delivery system helps bring ingredients with different physical and chemical properties together within one stable, uniform, and carefully balanced formulation.
Dispersion
The ingredients are distributed more evenly throughout the product, promoting greater formulation consistency from one application to the next.
Surface Contact
QuadraFlux helps the formula spread smoothly and evenly while maintaining more consistent, and longer-lasting contact with the skin.
Penetration Support
The four-part matrix supports the efficient movement of compatible ingredients beyond the outer surface and into the upper layers of the skin for improved delivery.
Better Absorption
By improving solubility, dispersion, skin contact, and penetration, QuadraFlux is designed to further enhance the overall absorption of the key ingredients.
